Rates include the following:

• Rental of the home
• Utilities (water, power, underfloor heating)
• Bed linens (beds made up before arrival)
• Bathroom & kitchen towels
• Jacuzzi usage and bathrobes
• Internet
• Parking
• Taxes and fees
• Housekeeping upon departure

Your reservation will not be firm until we receive a 50% down payment and a €200 security deposit within 5 business days of sending confirmation.

The remaining balance must be tranferred no later than 1 week before arrival.
